Position : Forklift / Production Operator (1st and 2nd Shifts)

Location : Jackson, MI

Shifts :

• Day Shift : 6 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. or 4 : 30 p.m. (depending on workload)
• 1st Shift : 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
• 2nd Shift : 4 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 30 a.m.

Starting Pay :

• 1st Shift : $16.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift : $16.75 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable Forklift / Production Operator to support our operations.

The primary responsibilities include operating a forklift and running machines as a machine operator. The ideal candidate must exhibit the ability to work collaboratively, maintain good attendance, and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally above 50 pounds.
• Follow written and / or verbal directions to ensure proper processing of parts through vibratory operations.
• Deliver parts to required locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain a valid forklift permit.
• Work efficiently with co-workers and customers in other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
