Job Description:

· The administrative coordinator supports the Brand & Creative Services team with a variety of administrative and project management duties.
Project management:
· Reviews project requests and pushes assignments to appropriate creative resources
· Monitors creative workload to ensure consistency across team
· Ensures project cards are entered properly, projects on track for deadline
· Assists with connecting creatives to resources in the field/other areas of the company
Review facilitation:
· Acts as first-line quality check for grammatical errors & typos
· Shepherds tactics through standard review cycle, capturing edits & relaying necessary changes to creatives
Asset management/archiving:
· Includes adding/updating/removing and meeting standards for naming, tagging, organizing, access, use limits, record retention, coding, etc.
· Pulls/shares final creative tactics on designated cadence for visibility throughout organization
Data management:
· Pulls and analyzes data for reporting each month
Skills:
· Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills.
· Comfortable with Microsoft products.
· Process oriented and able to recommend improvements to eliminate waste.
· Able to build relationships with people and connections between ideas.
· Can high-level manage parallel efforts at different phases of production.
Qualities that may set you apart:
· Lean certification or similar experience.
· Experience with the energy industry, automotive industry or industries associated with energy efficiency products and solutions.
· Background in research, data analytics, paid advertising, media relations and/or creative agency.
Education:
· several years of work experience in administrative support, associate's degree or higher preferred
