- The Business Process Analyst will work closely with project stakeholders, SMEs, and individuals within various departments to help design or redesign processes, manage change, and implement new systems and strategies.
- This individual will be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into system and business requirements and future-state process.
- Analyzing and documenting current and future-state business processes and workflows
- Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and working with them to understand their requirements and manage expectations
- Facilitating process workshops and conducting gap analysis to help define the future state
- Proposing improvements to current processes and developing new processes
- Capturing business and systems requirements and creating and maintaining process documentation and associated training materials
- Providing training support and guidance regarding new processes
- 3 years’ experience in IT business process analysis
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings, proposals, and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders
- Proficiency in Business Process Modeling tools to create detailed process diagrams and flowcharts
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify process bottlenecks and devise feasible solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Less than 5 years
