Role Responsibilities:

· Serve as a resource for the Public Policy organization to determine business impact of proposed legislation, including research and outreach to our business units

· Prepare presentation material to support Director of State Dealer Franchise Public Policy and Manager of Industry Dealer Affairs

· Prepare communication material to inform affected business units on the status and outcome of legislative activities

· Develop and maintain tracking reports on legislative activities

· Maintain Microsoft Teams file page for Dealer Policy Center of Excellence

· Maintain Microsoft SharePoint page for Dealer Policy Center of Excellence

· Coordinate monthly newsletter material for Dealer Policy Center of Excellence

· Meeting and event planning

Candidate Requirements:

· Degrees or certifications required - Bachelor’s

· Years of experience required - Looking for someone with 5 years experience.

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

· Written Communication and presentation skills- preparation

· Helpful if they are familiar with SharePoint – help keep a SharePoint site internally

· 5 years automotive- only open to less IF necessary- No one that is fresh out of school, etc.

Work Site Description:

· Our Cole Engineering Podium building is a large complex requiring badged security access. Occasional meetings may be held across the street at our Cadillac Tower.

Preferred work schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon through Friday

Assignment Duration: 52 Weeks

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
