The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of low to medium complexity direct and Regional or National Account bids, contracts, pricing agreements and contract analysis with the support or direction of others where needed.

· Works collaboratively with the various Business Operations functions, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal departments to resolve contract issues, eliminate billing delays and process contract payments accurately.

· Position is accountable for timely milestone completion and short-term initiatives in support of contract timelines and goals.
