- Administer, implement, support and document procedures for the Microsoft 365 Platform. Manage and maintain system configurations and actively troubleshoot issues.
- Work with end users on best practices and between IT and Security teams to ensure compliance.
- Administrative or engineer experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Wholistic understanding of Microsoft platform
- Ability to document technical processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer experience skills
- Able to review published technology documents and define, communicate changes that impact our organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- MCSE preferred / MCSA acceptable, 5 years of experience
- English (Speak, Read, Write)
