Duties: - Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution.
- Worker will be researching customer concerns across different software applications.
- Working hand in hand with property restoration coordinators to problem solve and solve customer concerns.
- Potential that they may be creating restoration orders during high peak times.
- Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer.
- Being a Customer Service Representative analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
- May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Typically reports to Customer Service Manager and works under moderate supervision. To be a Customer Service Representative II typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
Skills: - Microsoft Suite experience preferred.
- Ability to use different computer applications to research and problem solve.
- Worker will be trained on SAP and other software that worker will be using for position.
- Excellent communication skills and positive outlook while responding to customers.
Education:- Customer Service Representative II requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- 1-3 years related experience preferred
