**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, child protective services, conflict management, social work, childcare, family law, and a passion for working with children and families. **Duties:** - Provide crisis intervention and support services to children and families in need - Assist with child protective service investigations and case management - Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans - Collaborate with social workers, legal professionals, and other agencies to advocate for clients - Offer emotional support and guidance to individuals facing crises or challenges - Maintain accurate and confidential client records **Skills:** - Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, child welfare, and childcare - Strong conflict management and crisis management skills - Knowledge of family law and child protective service procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Empathy and compassion towards children and families in distress This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable populations.
