Office Supervisor

Starting Pay Range: $15-$20/Hour DOE

Full Time/Part Time: Part Time, Hourly

Availability: Mostly morning shifts Mon-Fri.

As an Office Supervisor, you will play an integral part in nurturing a collaborative culture of teamwork and fostering a "can-do" attitude while assisting in the accounting, administrative and office functions within our Center. This position reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Nurture positive working relationships with team members.
  • Participate in the company's leadership programs and weekly calls.
  • Access and run:
  • Financial reports.
  • Update associated workbooks regularly.
  • Verify, allocate, and organize all expenditures while working with management team to remain within department budgets.
  • Provide up-to-date numbers and daily goals for team huddle boards.
  • Verify expenditures of the General Manager's company credit card.
  • Observe and communicate accounting errors to vendors, management team, and Corporate Support Center accountants.
  • Assist in administrative and office tasks as needed. Keeping the office in order.
  • Oversee General Manager calendar/scheduling weekly leadership meetings, department/staff meetings, Quarterly reviews Managers, interviews, etc.
  • Placing orders for the department including Food and Beverage, Arcade orders coming into the center. Schedule the orders to be put away accurately and timely.
  • Orchestra monthly inventories in large partnership with AGM, F&B Manager, and Attraction Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High EQ with self-awareness, ability to collaborate with others, listen attentively, empathize with others, defuse conflict, show adaptability, and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Computer literate with ability to pick up new software programs and applications easily.
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Able to lift 35 pounds.
