Schedule: Nights and Weekends

As a Porter at FatCats you will help keep the business running smoothly, free of clutter and safe for our guests and team members. The primary responsibilities of a Porter involve the upkeep of the center including, cleaning up the lanes, retrieving dead balls, fixing scores, cleaning theatres, maintaining the bathrooms, floors, windows, and property.

REQUIREMENTS

Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivers the highest quality service to ensure the best guest experience
• Greet and serve guests.
• Sweep floors, pick up trash, maintain bathrooms.
• Complete all cleaning and facility maintenance assignments.
• Set up and break down the venue for all parties and events.
• Respond with a sense of urgency to all requests.
• Properly utilize chemicals in adherence with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Maintain equipment and storage areas.
• Recognize and willingly assist other team members.
• Additional tasks as assigned by leadership team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to operate and use all necessary equipment.
• Able to communicate with team members and guests.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to lift or move merchandise generally weighing 20 pounds.
