Shift Lead

Starting Pay Range: $15-$18/Hour

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Hourly

Availability: Must be open to work a variety of shifts including opening, mid, closing, nights and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Nurture positive working relationships with team members.
  • Execute 5-minute daily shift meeting with team members.
  • Participate in the company's leadership programs and weekly calls including one on one meetings.
  • Assist management team in recognizing team members' strengths and needs or concerns.
  • Create and foster an environment for our team and guests that is fun, professional and in alignment with our company values.
  • Work with the team to execute the goals in the pre-shift huddle. Tailor a plan for a successful shift, which consists of reaching financial objectives by keeping track of revenue, labor costs, and upselling items.
  • Take the lead on resolving any issues that arise for our guests with the assistance of the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to problem solve effectively.
  • Proven ability in leadership, communication, and negotiating skills.

  • High EQ with self-awareness, ability to collaborate with others, listen attentively, empathize with others, defuse conflict, show adaptability, and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Computer literate with ability to pick up new software programs and applications easily.
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Able to lift 35 pounds.
