Your Role:
Turning or repositioning bedridden patients
Measuring and recording vital signs
Responding to patient calls for care and assistance
Documenting health issues and reporting to nursing staff
Assisting patients with feeding and recording intake
Maintaining cleanliness and changing bed linens
Assisting with medical procedures and dressing wounds
Providing personal care to patients
Managing supply inventory and restocking
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Active CNA license in Oregon
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Physical Setting and Schedule:
Long-term care environment
Day, night, and overnight shifts available
Flexible scheduling Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
