Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long-Term Care / Assisted Living
Location: Rye, NY
Schedule: Full-time, multiple shifts available for day (7:30a-3:30p), evening (3:30p-11:30p), or night shift (11:30p-7:30a) and every other weekend is required.
Pay: Hourly pay is $34.71 plus full benefits package!
The LPN’s duties to include but not be limited to:
-Provides direct nursing care to residents based on their individual needs.
-Provides care prescribed by the resident’s primary physician and consulting physician as indicated.
-Maintains nutritional needs of the resident through assistance and supervision.
-Implements the resident’s care plan in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team.
-Documents resident’s care according to policy & maintains accurate and accessible records and reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
-New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
-CPR certification required.
