Title: Physician
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Surgery Center
Location: Kokomo, IN and Lafayette, IN
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-4p. Travel required to Lafayette once a week
Pay: Starts at 250k, increases based on experience plus full benefits
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Physician duties to include but not limited to:
-Provide comprehensive care to patients suffering from chronic pain
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine the source and severity of pain
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Perform various interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, and joint injections
- Prescribe appropriate medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care
REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical degree required, ER or Internal Medicine specialties preferred
- Pain management experience preferred
- Residency and fellowship required
- 5 years of previous experience preferred
