Position Details:
Acacium Group/Favorite Healthcare Staffing are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing Infrastructure & Integration team, working on the technical integration of new Group acquisitions onto Acacium platforms/infrastructure. The initial focus for the role will be on integration of US acquisitions and will work at staggered UK working hours (12:00 - 20:00) to accommodate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and documentation of platforms(inherited by M&A process)
-Analyze and recommend improvements required prior to migration and oversee their delivery
-Provide interim technical support in instances of platform instability
-Support the planning process for integration of these platforms into active management by Group Delivery Services
-Participate in a project-focused environment, identifying and sharing risks and issues appropriately
-Where appropriate, perform the technical migration of applicants, platform and services

• Migration of Identities into the Acacium 0365 tenant and enable SSO where previously established or adds value
• Support the migration of on-premise and cloud resource into Acacium Standards/platforms
• Migration of Email and Data (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Engage)
• Migration of Telephony solution
• Migration of DNS, DHCP, WiFi SSID's, and other core infrastructure elements

-Ensure GDS Infrastructure, Support and Security standards are used/adopted and propose next best options where they cannot be adopted
-Manage 3rd parties to GDS expected standards & propose requirements for improvement
-Work effectively with stakeholders who have low to no technical knowledge, helping them to make appropriate decisions

• VMWare Infrastructure ESXI 6/6.5/6.7/7 including vCenter and associated tools & automation

• Sophos Endpoint/EXP/Safeguard
• IIS
• DFS
• Mimecast
• WDS
• CCNA or equivalent experience
• Experience of setting up Infrastructure in new offices

Key Attributes:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within Infrastructure/Server Support, preferably within an International environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Well organized, enthusiastic and familiar with Project Management Methodologies
• Experience in the Recruitment/Staffing sector is desirable but not essential
• International travel is involved
