Specifically, performance plans and standards shall be well written, clear and concise, sufficiently rigorous, clearly defined, aligned with strategic goals and program objectives, results focused, measurable, appropriate for the employees' grade level, and described in a way that clearly makes distinctions between the Fully Successful, Superior and Exceptional performance levels.

The Contractor shall complete the following performance management support tasks:
Task 1: Review existing performance plan and supporting documents (e.g., position description) and identify areas for performance plan improvement (e.g., missing measures, unclear distinctions between performance level, written at an inappropriate work level, no strategic alignment, etc.). If developing a new performance plan, review the position description only. Develop discussion questions and send questions to the supervisor and HR Representative.
Task 2: Meet with supervisor to discuss areas of concern and identify information to assist with performance plan development.
Task 3: Use the information obtained from the meeting to update or develop a performance plan in accordance with FRTIB policy and guidance. Specifically, performance plans and standards shall be well written, clear and concise, sufficiently rigorous, clearly defined, aligned with strategic goals and program objectives, results focused, measurable, appropriate for the employees' grade level, and described in a way that clearly makes distinctions between the Fully Successful, Superior and Exceptional performance levels.
Task 4: Revise performance plan, if needed, based on feedback from HR representative or supervisor. Skill set info HR Specialist (Performance):
•Formal training, education, knowledge, and experience in performance management.
•At least 4 to 10 years of detailed experience in supporting performance management in a federal environment to include developing and improving performance objectives and standards.
