The Senior Learning Specialist is responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and deployment of online learning. This includes managing the configuration of curriculum, deployment of courses, enrollment of learners within the LMS, troubleshooting, and reporting on all related data. The position also manages the reconciliation of data with UKG and Active Directory. In addition, the Learning Specialist effectively assists in the design, development, and implementation of learning programs at Fay. Key responsibilities include training coordination, managing logistics, developing learning aids, survey management, and enrollment administration. The role manages the collection, reporting, and analysis of all learning programs, processes, participation, and related metrics.
