We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in heavy highway or heavy civil construction with an emphasis on project financial and schedule management. Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within the specified constraints. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with project goals and objectives
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Implement project management best practices to drive efficiency and quality
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report on progress to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent potential issues
- Manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7 years' proven experience in managing projects in the field; experience with estimating heavy highway or heavy/civil construction projects highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Viewpoint and HCSS is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration
- Experience in SAFe framework is a plus
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred
