*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong background in medical/surgical nursing. *Responsibilities* - Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team - Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care - Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment - Assist with ambulatory procedures and post-operative care *Experience* - Previous experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred - Familiarity with coding and documentation practices - Knowledge of pediatrics, primary care, and home community care - Experience in a teaching hospital or ambulatory surgery center is a plus - Proficiency in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management - Skills in dermal fillers administration are advantageous - Strong understanding of aseptic technique application Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic medical/surgical environment.
