We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care to our tiniest patients. **Responsibilities:** - Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations on NICU patients. - Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following healthcare providers' orders. - Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress of newborns in the NICU. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. - Provide specialized care for newborns with various medical needs, including premature infants and those with congenital conditions. - Conduct procedures such as feeding tube management and respiratory support as required. - Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for newborns in the NICU. - Educate families on infant care and health management. **Requirements:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Experience in neonatal intensive care or similar settings is advantageous. - Proficiency in standards of neonatal care, including respiratory support and feeding tube management. - Knowledge of Level I Trauma Center protocols is a plus. - Familiarity with occupational health practices for infants is beneficial. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
