**Overview:** We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. As a Registered Nurse in Telemetry, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting and make a positive impact on the well-being of our patients. **Duties:** - Provide direct patient care in the Telemetry unit, monitoring and assessing patients' conditions closely. - Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers. - Conduct venipuncture and other necessary nursing procedures with precision. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to plan and manage patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care instructions. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. **Qualifications:** - Valid RN license. - Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge. - Experience in telemetry, clinic, or behavioral health settings is preferred. - Familiarity with dementia care, triage, venipuncture, and infection control protocols. - Ability to work in a teaching hospital environment is advantageous.
