Job Posting: Dermatology Medical Assistant
Description:Serving three locations on the south side of Metro Atlanta, Fayette Area Dermatology is a well established dermatology office, dedicated to providing our patients exceptional care. We offer medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in Fayetteville, Griffin, and Zebulon, GA. The medical assistant uses knowledge of dermatology and general nursing to support the physician in scribing, working-up the patient, and assisting in procedures. They are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information in the electronic medical record to allow the best possible continuation of care.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a drive to help others and is dedicated to organization and accuracy. They will have strong communication skills and should be able to learn quickly. We have a strong preference for candidates who are pre-med or pre-PA and may be taking a gap year to gain experience during the application process.
