Position Type: Support Services - Salaried/CLAS - 8447 - PROGRAM MANAGER Date Posted: 6/18/2024 Location: District Offices Date Available: School Year 24-25 Closing Date: 07/01/2024 This program manager role will work closely with internal and external partnerships. Some of these focus areas for the role are outlined below.
This position will be the point person for all partner engagement in the district.
The primary responsibilities will include partner onboarding, CRM tracking, monitoring/evaluation of partnerships, action planning and placement for partnerships, develop an effective partnership process, meet with other FCPS personnel around partnerships, communicate with partners routinely about the partnership process.
This position will also participate in district-wide initiatives and events that involve partners.
This position will report on partnerships with appropriate stakeholders.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES The key areas of focus are student success and program accountability:
Develops and implements project management efficiencies to ensure timelines are implemented and remain on the identified trajectory.
Collaborate with district team and school administrators to establish and monitor high standards for excellence with students, teachers, staff, and other stakeholders
Prepares annual reports and disseminates information regarding the implementation and evaluations of new and innovative programs.
Identify potential issues and obstacles and proactively takes action to create and implement solutions.
Serves on state, district, community and other professional committees as requested.
Supports the purchase and distribution of resource materials, equipment, consumables, and general supplies as needed for magnet and fine arts programs.
Provides administrative and clerical support
Demonstrates the ability to communicate in more than one language or the willingness to learn to communicate in more than one language at the novice level of proficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in business management, education or related field, Certified Public Accountant license, project management, teaching certificate, or related licensure. Master's degree preferred, but not required.
