Fayette Senior Programs is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse

• Use tools, data, and other information to complete assessments of Client needs via phone and in-person
• Create individualized and comprehensive care management and treatment plans
• Determine/assist with eligibility for various homecare programs
• Educate clients on benefits, services, and other resources, including payment options
• Communicate with clients to secure successful outcomes
• Document medical information to outline medical records
• Follow quality management processes in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures
• Conducting orientation with new employees
• Position is based in Oak Hill with some local travel required

Qualifications for Registered Nurse

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred
• Active nursing license in the state of West Virginia
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to client and family needs in a timely manner
• General knowledge of long-term care services
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in establishing professional and collaborative relationships with clients
• Pay: Starting at $25/hour, plus bonuses.
