AREA SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

Ensure customer service is performed and delivered according to contracted specifications within region and company policies, procedures, systems, and training. Assist in achieving financial goals for the account within the region and company guidelines. Demonstrate proficiency in all basic functions of the direct reports. Demonstrate ability to work with people, including customers. Prefer experience in training others. One year supervising others; creating and managing employee work schedules; knowledge of industry related state and federal regulations; operating within budgetary guidelines; maintaining employee and customer satisfaction and relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two (2) or more years of service industry experience
• Able to communicate effectively & professionally with customers, co-workers & management, bi-lingual a plus.
• Ability to resolve conflict in an effective & professional manner.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Required Work Authorization in the United States, FBG conducts E-Verify on all new employees.
• Background check and drug screen (EXCEPT MJ) required for all new employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
