We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading facilities management company.

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty
• Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
• Reviewing work schedules
• Ordering of cleaning materials
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities
• Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while managing operations, meeting established budgets, and motivating/ supporting team.
• Effective, concise, and persuasive communication skills, including e-mail and face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects.
• High energy, “can do” attitude with a sense of urgency.
• Develop cohesive working teams providing a positive work environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
