The Collateral Specialist is responsible for ensuring all vehicle collateral is perfected and the Bank is in a good lien position.

Location: Collinsville Loan Processing, 717 Vandalia St., Collinsville, IL

Shift:  Full-Time

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES:

1. Ensure all vehicle collateral is perfected.
2. Maintain and update tickler reports.
3. Track and notate any issues or problem with lien placement.
4. Follow up with car dealerships and state offices.
5. Scan and file titles.
6. Perform departmental duties as required to maintain adequate work flow.
7. Perform other tasks or functions as assigned by management.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of:

a. Vehicle Titling

b. Microsoft Office

c. Computer systems

d. Office machines (fax, copy machine, calculator)
