JOB SUMMARY: 

FCB Banks is looking for talented, hardworking, energetic professionals to join our growing team in both customer facing and customer support positions. We are a locally owned community bank offering a broad range of products and services delivered with great customer service.

A Commercial Processor/QC processes new and renewed commercial installment loans and commercial real estate loans.

Location: Collinsville Loan Processing, 717 Vandalia St., Collinsville, IL

Shift:  Full-Time

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES: 

1. Produce accurate loan documents through an automated documentation system
2. Review documents for quality and regulatory requirements
3. Review files to certify that all loan policy and procedures are being met
4. Review title work for any requirements or issues that need to be addressed
5. Review homeowners and flood insurance for acceptability
6. Report and review accuracy of HMDA and CRA data
7. Review operating agreements and trust agreements for applicable signers
8. Set up and organize loan documents in a standardized file format
9. Perform departmental duties as required to maintain adequate work flow
10. Perform other tasks, functions or other projects as assigned

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in processing loans preferred
• Communication skills: oral, written and listening
• Be able to work in a team environment throughout the organization
• Display capacity to manage time and meet deadlines
• Be methodical and detail-oriented
• Have the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Possess aptitude and ability to learn

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: 

Working knowledge of:

• Commercial loan documentation
• Regulatory requirements
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Computer systems
• Office machines
