The Loan Pre-Booker prepares loan file for booking to loan core system.

Location: Collinsville Loan Processing, 717 Vandalia St.

Shift: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, Saturday (as necessary)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES:

• Verify all signed loan documents are completed accurately.
• Print updated loan file documents.
• Assemble loan file for Quality Control.
• Perform e-recording for mortgages.
• Prepare checks for payments to be disbursed.
• Follow the process and procedures relating to the different types of loans.
• Perform departmental duties as required to maintain adequate work flow.
• Perform other tasks, functions or other projects as assigned.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office
• Computer systems
• Office machines
• Loan documents (preferred)
