Join FCCI's devoted Corporate Cafe team! Currently seeking a talented Line Cook to assist in the operation of our full-service corporate dining facility. Responsibilities will include ordering, prepping, and assisting with creating new menu items, as well as weekly specials. Working alongside your team, you will complete orders and maintain approved production standards to provide quality customer service.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm.

* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, including line and prep cooking.
* Basic culinary knowledge and skills in grill and deli food production.
* Solid knowledge of state and local safety and sanitation regulations.
* Basic cost/portion control knowledge.
* Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgement and decision-making.
* This position requires standing for extended periods of time and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
