FCCI is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Director of Internal Audit & Governance. Reporting to the VP of Risk, Audit & Administrative Services, the Director will lead the Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and GRC functions and will play a critical role in continuing to define the vision and build and scale these programs.
The successful candidate will be collaborative and possess a passion for leading through change. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role requiring a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate, influence and establish trust across all levels of the organization. With a consultative approach, the Director of Internal Audit & Governance will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective governance frameworks, identifying and mitigating risks (including information security risks), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with precision.
