Fcl Builders LLC is Hiring a Project Estimator Near Arlington, TX
Principals, the Project Estimator projects and controls construction costs for
all assigned projects from inception to completion. The Project Estimator is an
integral part of the project team ensuring projects are delivered on time and
meet FCL standards.
Position DescriptionThe following is a description of the general duties
associated with the position. Management has a right to assign or reassign
duties and responsibilities at any time; therefore, this job description is
subject to change at any time.
Job Characteristic Responsibilities/Duties (essential Functions)
- Accurately estimate projects from conceptual through construction
- Assist in bringing the project to completion within budget
- Develop and strengthen client relations.
- Review with Project Manager and team project costs to ensure
- Establish and maintain subcontractor relations.
- Manage assigned projects under the direction of the Associate V.P.
- Perform additional assignments per client or management direction.
- Keep abreast of current pricing.
- Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors prioritizing quality
- Establishes
and projecting costs.
- Maintain competitive bids.
- Work with architect, developer, and civil etc.
- Work with Business Development team to provide competitive

- Review all contract documents for potential conflicts or interpretation
