Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic company. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with minimal guidance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and market trends.
Develop and execute short and long-term marketing plans and sales strategies based on corporate objectives.
Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities (such as direct mailings), adjusting strategy as needed to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Lead and oversee back-end website initiatives, including content additions and ongoing SEO.
Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve marketing strategies
Conduct market research to identify the best media channels for marketing our products and uncover new marketing opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads from various sources.
Manage social media and online presence
Engage with potential clients to communicate our product features and benefits.
Create quarterly reports on sales and marketing activities for management.
