About The Role:As a Quality Manufacturing Supervisor, at Feastables, you will supervise and support the company's food safety, quality, and manufacturing processes on-site at the co-manufacturers' facilities. This role operates within a manufacturing plant environment characterized by heavy machinery and equipment and reports directly to the Director of Process Quality Engineering.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensuring compliance with all procedures, collecting process data, taking photos, evaluating samples, and guaranteeing product quality and regulatory compliance, including labeling.
• Maintaining and ensuring conformity to all Finished Good specifications.
• Identifying non-compliant data and alerting plant production to enable real-time corrective actions.
• Performing follow-ups and ensuring thorough follow-through on non-conformances found, implementing corrective actions, and responding appropriately.
• Providing business and quality support, covering trials, inspections, and production startups to ensure standardization of quality and food safety procedures.

Recipe For Success:

• Possess technical quality or production knowledge with at least 4 years of experience in Food or relevant manufacturing settings.
• Educational background or operational knowledge in Food Science, Food Production, or Food Manufacturing Quality/Operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, attention to detail, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality production processes & systems and statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to handle multiple assignments, develop work plans, prioritize tasks, and be solution-oriented.
