About The Role:As our Vice President of Supply Chain, you will spearhead our global supply chain operations, blending strategic oversight with a roll-up your sleeves attitude to maintain our competitive advantage and drive operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant impact swiftly and at a grueling pace. The role requires an entrepreneur who has a desire to help shape our future. You will lead initiatives to build our manufacturing network, scale logistics operations, navigate the complexities of supply planning for a high-flying startup, and elevate customer satisfaction in an unprecedented fashion.
This role is ideal for a seasoned supply chain leader who is ready to dramatically scale supply chain infrastructure. You will be required to engineer outcomes at speed that dramatically move our business forward. Your leadership will be critical to integrate agile supply chain practices with robust global planning strategies to ensure that Feastables meets its ambitious operational and business objectives. What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the globe supporting Supply Planning, Contract Manufacturing, and Logistics & Distribution networks
• Develop and foster strong strategic relationships with critical external partners, including manufacturers, logistics partners, and value added service providers to ensure the delivery of service, quality, and cost expectations
• Draft and negotiate strategic short and long term agreements for Manufacturing, Distribution, CoPacking, and Logistics services
• Own Feastables' strategic Supply Planning process to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term goals across inventory management, forecasting, budgeting, and deployment planning
• Lead all procurement efforts in collaboration with transportation and distribution partners to support labor, space, and lane planning to drive cost-effective operations across established KPIs
• Direct full-cycle shipment tracking and documentation processes to facilitate timely invoicing and payment by the finance team
• Enhance Direct-To-Consumer and Retail Customer Order Management processes in collaboration with freight carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams
• Initiate and manage productivity projects to streamline processes, enhance quality, drive sustainability, and improve service across the global supply chain
• Move in lockstep with Finance to empower cash flow management and financial projections related to all aspects of your responsibilities
• Partner strategically with Finance on partner credit & payment terms, finished good costing, transportation budgeting, and inventory reconciliation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new capabilities, anticipate demand and ensure supply chain readiness for new product launches
• Implement cutting-edge technologies to build a best-in-class supply chain that aligns with Feastables' business model
• Travel often to visit all Supply Chain partner locations globally to ensure Best Practices are being implemented, strong partnerships are fostered and operational alignment is committed

Recipe For Success:

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, ideally within the CPG industry, covering areas such as supply planning, logistics, and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required
• Advanced degree or certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS) preferred
• Demonstrated success in strategic supply chain management, with expertise in establishing and negotiating contracts with key partners
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to handle complex data analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Exceptional leadership qualities, with a history of managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines, and ensure quality output in a fast-paced environment
• High level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to make decisions that align with Feastables' long-term objectives
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a flexible approach to work, thriving in roles that require autonomy, decisive action, and adaptability
