DAY-TO-DAY FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
This full-time position at our human services nonprofit works a day shift.
In this Administrative Support - Operations Assistant role at our human services nonprofit, you provide administrative support services for staff and participants of our IMPACT services. You greet participants, answer and direct phone calls, and make outreach calls to remind people of missed appointments. Your customer service skills are essential as you explain our process and services to participants and obtain their signatures for consent.
You also assist workshop facilitators by ensuring they have all the necessary supplies. Other administrative tasks include printing and reviewing reports, tracking invoices, entering demographic data and action codes, scanning documents, and keeping track of reports for the Mayor's Office of Critical Justice (MOCJ). You provide reports that support billing and reconciliation processes, and work with management to collect accurate and efficient performance data to improve our services.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
An associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Experience working with public assistance recipients, the homeless population, formally incarcerated, or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty would be a plus!
