Leads a team of talent acquisition experts responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies within local markets to effectively attract, source and select talent. Ensures the proper utilization of applicant tracking systems and the maintenance of all employment records in accordance with company, OFCCP, and other governmental agency compliance audits. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions - Manages a team responsible for the tracking, sourcing, pre - employment processes, and hiring of new talent.
- Leads and managers recruiters to focus on sourcing, attraction and recruiting.
- Consults with business on hiring demands and delivers staffing plans for efficient and effective execution of hiring processes.
- Lead execution of attraction and sourcing and recruiting solutions aligned to recruitment marketing processes, policies and procedures.
- Develops staffing plan and training for contractors when needed.
- Ensure that all Recruiting activities meet the guidelines of by Federal and State requirements and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, communications, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum Experience Five (5) years of talent acquisition experience or FedEx Express management experience including applicant tracking, sourcing, pre-employment processing, and internet sourcing tools. Experience screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of policies and procedures, and governmental regulations relating to recruitment.
Strong organizational, basic management, written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $7,880 - $10,440 monthly
