Federal Express Corporation is Hiring a Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT Near Windsor, CT
Job DutiesProvides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAbility to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Preferred QualificationsPay Transparency: $20.34
PayAdditional Details: Tuesday through Saturday 1pm-10pm. Sunday and a weekday off (TBD)
