Starting Pay: $22/hour (non-driver) or $25/hour (driver), with opportunities for higher pay based on experience and skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and removal of temporary fencing at various job sites.
• Work outdoors performing physical labor as part of a team.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Optional: Drive company vehicles to transport materials (higher pay rate).

What We’re Looking For

• Hard Workers & Team Players: Reliability, teamwork, and dependability are a must.
• Problem-Solvers: You’re comfortable reading safety and procedural documents, making decisions, and thinking on your feet.
• Experience in Temporary Fence Installation (Preferred): Familiarity with temporary fencing is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate!
• Driver’s License (Preferred): A driver’s license isn’t required, but it can lead to higher pay if you can drive company vehicles.
• OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred): Not required but a plus.
• Physical Ability: Capable of performing manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
