Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop both the direct sales efforts in assigned territories to specific market segments and work directly with customer market segments.
• Generate direct sales and develop customers.
• Train customers, and other personnel in the company's product lines, operation, and features/benefits.
• Attend regional sales meetings as needed.
• Attend and coordinate regional and national trade shows.
• Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas. Meet sales objectives and supply forecasting information every month. Submit monthly and quarterly accomplishment reports.
• Submit expense reports on a timely basis.
• Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity each month.
• Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethics practices.
• Extensive travel is required.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of line striping/removal experience.
• A strong understanding of the sales process and a willingness to learn
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under time restraints, and manage costs and resources.

Salary:  This position will be paid at an hourly wage.

Job Type: Full-Time 

Experience Required:

3-10 years: Must have at least 3 years minimum capital sales experience.

Minimum of three years of line striping/removal experience.
