Supports efforts to provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating small and medium programs/projects. Research, evaluates and recommends new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve innovative improvements. Collects, analyzes, and produces financial and performance indicators and forecasts. Helps to provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.

Ability to manage competing demands while maintaining out of the box thinking. Knowledge in agile product development life cycle (PDLC) and/or software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies with some experience leading projects. Product launch from "0 to 1” optimizing it for "1 to many" in your portfolio. A focus on scale with the flexibility to adapt in a constantly evolving environment. Experienced in partnering with and bringing multiple departments into alignment. Strong internal communication skills: Able to communicate complex data in a simple format to share decisions, process updates and tradeoffs to large audiences (i.e. in-person meetings, asynchronous meetings, email, and/or shared live docs). Process-driven with a bias toward action. Bonus points for experience within high-growth tech startup. Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
