The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping, and PreFab logistics efficiently and safely. The role includes maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with Tool and PreFab teams, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring that all warehouse processes are streamlined and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct semiannual stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and easy access to products.

• Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.

  • Implement and maintain safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Logistics and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies for timely deliveries and shipments.

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and on time.

  • Manage and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.

• Technology and Systems:

  • Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) and other technology to track inventory and orders.

  • Implement and manage automated systems to improve efficiency.

• Quality Control:

  • Ensure the quality of goods received and dispatched meets company standards.

  • Develop and maintain procedures for handling damaged or defective goods.

Qualifications:

-Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse lead/manager or in a similar role.

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role coordinating all aspects.

-Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.

-Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management (not required).

-Willing and able to operate a forklift.
