The Analyst's primary role is to understand the customer's need, support activities required to develop a solution, and coordinate its implementation. The Analyst may further be called upon for continued support of the customer's requirements during continuous operations phase of the product or service.

The Duties Entail:

  • Work closely with customer team to document business needs and recommend process improvement; including creating process documents, SOP and trainings.
  • Assist in developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and recommend corrective actions to assist in improving KPI performance.
  • Assist in tracking and managing SharePoint lists and libraries, and as well public facing website content.
  • Perform support tasks, including but not limited to, record meetings, taking notes, setting up meetings and calendar invites, procuring office/meeting space, and managing shared document libraries.
  • Creating and maintaining quality content, including, briefings for clients, high-impact presentations, project plans and related documents.
  • Work closely with the client in the day-to-day activities of the client's program.
  • Assists management personnel to meet deliverables and rapidly provide support as needed and directed.

Requirements:

  • US citizenship - required
  • Active public trust clearance - preferred
  • Bachelor's degree- required
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint, including Office 365 - required
  • Intermediate experience with Data Analysis, including MS Excel and other spreadsheet software experience - required
  • 1-2 years previous government contracting experience - required
