FedWriters is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Arlington, VA

Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant for the ARNG Personnel Policy Division in Arlington, VA, where you'll drive operational excellence by coordinating high-impact tasks and providing vital administrative support. Your role will involve managing personnel calendars, meetings, and evaluation systems, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency. You'll be the linchpin in our mission to maintain top-notch operations and strategic communications.
This is an onsite position that will require the employee to work at offices in Arlington, VA. Monday – Friday, normal business hours.
  • Organizing and coordinating taskers assigned to the Strategic Communications Team (SCT) queue in the Task Management Tool, as well as activities for HRH personnel
    • This includes personnel calendars, meetings, and actions for the Officer Evaluation Report (OER) and Non Commissioned Officer Evaluation Report (NCOER) systems
  • Providing administrative support, including personnel packet coordination, meeting coordination, HRH visitor coordination, and review and dissemination of memorandums and correspondence
  • Analyzing, delegating and responding to taskers that get assigned to the Personnel Policy Division via ETMS2
  • Reviewing, editing, and managing all documents that require the Division Chief’s signature
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 3 years of applicable experience
  • Experience providing high-level administrative support, such as conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
