Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for performing day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and negotiation. They will also be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, while also cold calling and bring on new business. While most of the work will be performed in the St Louis, MO location, flexibility for remote work is available.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated understanding of the animal feed industry
- Sales experience with macro minerals and amino acids (all species)
- Familiarity with Safe Feed/Safe Food and Food Safety Modernization Act is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
