Feeny Chrysler is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our growing team! We have an opening in our Service Department as a Service Advisor. We are seeking someone who will provide a high level of customer service to our guests! If you are highly motivated and have a positive attitude, this job is for you!

1 year minimum experience in public facing customer service roles.

Service Advisor responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Greeting our guests promptly and warmly.
• Answering phone calls, and scheduling service appointments
• Active listening in order to accurately document guests vehicle concerns
• Generating repair orders, and documenting guests concerns with their vehicle
• Preparing accurate estimates on parts and labor for our guests
• Recommending mileage based maintenance to our guests
• Monitoring progress of our guests vehicles throughout the day, and frequently updating our guests on the repair progress of their vehicle throughout the day
• Explain all repairs to guests, and necessary charges during active delivery
• Giving realistic and accurate promise time for repair completion to our guests
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Ability to utilize technology including, but not limited to, tablets, and Dealership management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
