Job Description:
As a Client Coordinator with The Good Feet Store, your role will be to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the overall needs of the store. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has clear communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and excels at providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and seat clients upon their arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
· Offer refreshments, such as water, to clients to enhance their comfort during their visit.
· Assist clients in starting the initial process of intaking information on the iPad and utilizing the Med Massager as required.
· Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and address inquiries promptly and courteously.
· Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and confirming appointments for the following day.
· Monitor voicemail and email communications throughout the day, promptly responding to messages and taking appropriate actions.
· Assist with the assembly of cushions, boxes, and Velcro Dots as needed to support the fitting process.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the demo and cash wrap areas, including restocking merchandise and supplies as necessary.
· Process customer purchases at the cash register as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work Schedule:
· 3 weekdays: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
· Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)
Note: Hours may vary based on store traffic patterns.
