Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees or management
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts using various tools and equipment
- Welding skills are a plus but not required
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing prompt and efficient solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
