Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and refer customers to the appropriate department
• Utilize multiple systems to pull up the customer's information while still speaking with them on the phone
• Be comfortable in a tech savvy role that demands multi-tasking on each call
• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and employees and record the amount received.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Give refunds accurately to customers for approved refunds
• Perform additional receptionist duties, as requested

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work nights and weekends
• Experience in an office-based work environment is beneficial
• Experience in a call-heavy role is highly considered!
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be able to multi-task and be comfortable in a more tech savvy role
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

$14.00-$15.00 per hour starting wage
