Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey is seeking a dynamic, innovative, creative and student-focused professional to serve as the Assistant Director of International Admissions. The Assistant Director provides support in the planning and implementation of recruitment strategies and activities to increase the enrollment of international students. S/he participates in all aspects of admissions work including, but not limited to, the evaluation of applicant credentials, interviewing prospective students, managing special events, engaging in social media, and developing online and mobile communications.

Qualifications2-3 years’ experience in sales and recruitment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); well-developed verbal, written and presentation communications skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to and ability to engage with and direct a culturally and religiously diverse student population; foreign language proficiency, Spanish preferred; strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities and deadlines; ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed; U.S. citizenship or U.S. Lawful Permanent Residency (for SEVIS access); ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed; familiarity with social media platforms; experience with Datatel Colleague and Slate a plus; willingness and ability to promote and support the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University .
